We hope that these answers help you. We will continue to update this page by adding more FAQs as necessary.

Registration
Where is the registration form? How and when can I sign up?
The registration form has been posted on the website since June of 2009. You can download a copy and fill it by following the instructions on the web. Then mail the completed form with a check to the address indicated on the form before August 16. There is a $50 late fee for any form received with a postmark after August 16, 2009.

What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee will cover all expenses (such as meals, Boston tours, etc.) associated with Reunion activities occurring during the time period of October 9 to October 11, except your Crowne Plaza hotel lodging, travel expenses to attend Reunion, airport transportations, cost associated with the post-Reunion New England tour, and personal spending.

Lodging
Where can I find the information about the hotel and its room rate?

The information on the Crowne Plaza hotel is on the home page, under’ Hotel Reservation’ link on the Reunion website (http://www.tfgh1969.org/). We then link you to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Boston – Natick Hotel’s own website, http://www.bos-natick.crowneplaza.com/, from where you can reserve a room on-line or by phone. A group code, THS, shall be used to receive a discount on the room rate. This special room rate is $100 per night per double occupancy. There is an additional 9.7% hotel tax.

Do I reserve directly with the hotel?
Yes. You can book the room on-line or by call 1 (800) 972-3381. Be sure that you read the “Hotel Need-to-Know” page on our web before you reserve a room. The special rate is only available to you when you make a reservation before the group rate cut off date, September 9, 2009. After September 9, the group room rate and its room availability are no longer guaranteed. The regular room rate is $129 per night plus taxes.

I am coming alone, is there a way to find a roommate among the classmates who plan to attend Reunion?
We have provided a blogger page "Roommate Wanted" on our web for you to post your inquiry. This is like a bulletin board where anyone can ask or answer anything. You can coordinate with one of them who responds to your inquiry on your own.

Will I get the same hotel room rate if I come early to Boston, or I stay a few more days after the Reunion?
The rate stays the same at $100 per room per double occupancy for however long you intend to stay in Boston, provided that the room is reserved prior to September 9, 2009. After this date, neither the $100 room rate nor the room availability is guaranteed.

Airport transportation
Do I need a car?
If you plan to fly to Boston Logan International Airport and stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel for the Reunion activities, you do not need a car. There is a Logan Express shuttle bus that goes between the airport terminals and the Framingham bus stop near the hotel. Crowne Plaza provides further shuttle service from the bus stop to the hotel. For detailed information on taking the shuttle bus, please refer to the Reunion website.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel if I do not have a car?
You will take Logan Express – Framingham shuttle bus. This bus is running every half hour on the weekdays and every hour on the weekend between Logan's airport terminals and Framingham station. The Crowne Plaza Hotel provides 24/7 complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests to or from the Logan Express bus terminal in Framingham, which is only about 0.5 mile from the hotel. Call the hotel at (508) 653-8800 when you get to Framingham station.
